Lorin

Instructions:
# Mix the cottage cheese, yolk, starch, 2 tbsp flour, 3 tbsp granulated sugar and grated orange rind in a deep bowl well.
# Put the liquid dough onto a flat plate, as pieces by a spoon.
# Freeze the balls with cheese for 1 hour at least to harden them.
# While freezing the balls, prepare the outer dough. Put the egg white into a deep bowl, add milk, granulated sugar, flour, baking powder and salt in it, blend it until the sugar dissolves in the mixture totally.
# Rest the outer dough for half an hour at least also.
# Remove the balls from the freezer, shape them as smoother balls between your palms.
# Cover the balls with the dough, put them into the hot oil with some spaces between them.
# When their down sides fry and grow, fry the upper sides of the balls also. Place them onto paper towel after removing them from the oil to remove their extra oil.
# Sprinkle castor sugar all over when they cool down, and serve the lorins.

Note: You can use half matchbox sized yeast instead of baking powder for cooking the lorins. But baking powder makes the lorins softer.
