Instructions:
# Put the cleaned, washed and strained bulgur, yogurt, flour and cold water into a pot. Whisk it by a beater before placing the pot over the heat.
# Place the pot over high heat, and boil the mixture by stirring it constantly. If the soup becomes thicker than normal, add some hot water in it and add some salt.
# Turn the heat to low and cook the soup for 5 more minutes.
# Fill the hot soup into bowls and pour hot melted butter all over the soups in the bowls and serve them hot. (It is advised to use butter originally, but vegetable oil also may be used.)
