# Peel the uncooked
potatoes, grate them finely. Add the butter, softened at room temperature, egg and
yogurt on it, mix it well.

pepper, salt, cumin, some
flour and baking powder into the mixture, start kneading it.

flour little by little in it. Add finely sliced parsley leaves into the dough, just before it reaches to right consistency.
# Cover the dough and rest it for about half an hour. Then divide it into 3 pieces.
# Roll out each piece by a thick rolling pin with 1/4 inch thickness. Cut them into 12 triangles. (By this way, you will get 36 triangles in total.)
# Wrap the triangles by starting to wrapping from the large side of the triangles firstly. Get the end of the triangle downside while placing them onto the greased baking tray with some spaces between each of them.
# Bake the cookies in the oven, which is preheated to 356 F, until they turn to pink.
# Serve them warm or cold.
