# Put the margarine which is softened at room temperature into a deep bowl, add castor
sugar into it, blend the mixture until it turns to paste.
# Break the first egg into the mixture, after mixing it well add the second egg into it also, mix until get a smooth mixture.
# Add the
flour into the mixture by sifting, add the vanilla and the grated
lemon rind, turn the mixture to soft dough.
# Lay aluminium foil or grease-proof paper all over the baking tray. If you don’t have any of them you can grease the tray.
# Place the dough into a dessert decorator and then make bars which have about 3 inches length onto the tray via the decorator.
# Place the tray into the oven which is preheated for a short time to 356 F. Bake the cookies until they turn to light pink colour.
# Serve them cold.
