Biscuit Cuts

Instructions:
# Put the salt and the baking powder into a deep bowl, add soft margarine into it and mix.
# Add egg white and half of the ayran into it, and start to knead the mixture.
# After kneading the dough for a while add the remaining ayran and add the flour little by little while kneading the dough.
# Make the dough soft, cover it and rest for 15 minutes.
# Divide the rested dough into 2 pieces. Roll out each piece with 1/4 thickness.
# Spread the remaining yolk all over the rolled out dough pieces via a brush.
# Cut the dough pieces into the pieces which have the size of half of the matchbox.
# Place the biscuit squares all over the greased oven tray with some spaces between them. Sprinkle some nigella seeds onto their middles.
# Place the baking tray into the oven which is preheated to 374 F, and bake them until they turn to red. Serve them after removing it from the oven and cooling them down.

Note: These biscuits are so similar to cracker, so you can sprinkle big sized salt pieces all over while cooking.
