# Prepare the syrup at first. Boil the mixture of
sugar and water, until it reaches a low consistency. Then add
lemon juice in it, and boil the mixture over low heat for a bout 5-6 minutes more. Then, remove it from the stove.
# Break the eggs into the mixing bowl, add
milk,
yogurt, sunflower oil in it. Add the butter, which is softened at room temperature into the mixture also. Mix this mixture well by your fingertips.
# Add the sodium bicarbonate, which is mixed with some
flour, onto the mixture. Add salt on it. Add
flour little by little into the mixture, while kneading it constantly, until the mixture reaches to the right consistency, at the right consistency the mixture must not stick to your hands. Cover the mixture and rest it for 15 minutes.
# At the end of the resting time, divide the dough into 14 pieces. Roll out each of the pieces over starch sprinkled bench by a rolling pin, as thin as you can.
# Superpose the rolled out dough pieces. Roll out this layers by a rolling pin again, while they are superposed, to make them stay together. Cut circle shaped pieces by the brim of a small cup or glass.
# Put some pistachio onto the half side of the each circle, close the other side of the circle onto the pistachio layer and close the dough firmly. And force on it a little. Place these prepared pieces onto the greased baking tray firmly.
# Pour the melted butter all over prepared dough pieces over the tray. Place the tray into the oven, which is preheated to 374 F. Cook them, until they turn into golden yellow.
# After removing them from the oven, rest them for 3 minutes. Then, pour cold syrup all over. When the dessert pieces soak the syrup, serve them.
