# Boil the mixture of
sugar and water. When it becomes thicker over the heat, add
lemon juice in it and boil the mixture for 5 more minutes. Then, remove the pot from the stove and let it cool down.
# Put the margarine, which is softened at room temperature, into a large bowl. Add vegetable oil,
yogurt and egg on it, and mix it until smoothens.
# Then, add salt and add the sifted flout into the mixture little by little. Add baking powder. Make the dough reach medium consistency. Add the pounded
walnut into the mixture finally and knead the mixture for a while more.
# Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Roll each of the pieces over the bench as bar. Cut them into diagonal pieces, each has 1inch thickness.
# Repeat the same processes for all of the dough bars. (Set the heat of the oven to 356 F, just before preparing the 4th bar of the dough.)
# Place the prepared pastries onto the greased baking tray with spaces between them. Bake them, until they turn into light pink.
# 5 minutes later than removing them from the stove, pour the cold syrup all over the pastries.
# It is advised to serve this dessert 1 day later.
