# Wash the
rice, and add 1 + 1/6 cups water and 1/2 tsp salt on it. Boil it over very low heat, until the
rice soaks the water and the rest of the water evaporates totally. Let it cool down.
# Put vegetable oil, diced
onion and 1/2 salt into a skillet. Roast until the
onion pieces become smaller.
# Remove the roasted
onion pieces from the skillet, put half of the ground meat and 1/2 salt into the same skillet. Roast the meat until, it gives its broth and soaks again totally. Let it cool down.
# Put the non-cooked ground meat, boiled
rice, roasted
onion, roasted ground meat, 1 egg white and black
pepper into a big bowl.
# Knead the mixture for 5 minutes at least, until it turns to homogenous. Whisk the egg and yolk into a bowl well.
# Pick pieces, which are bigger than normal meatball pieces, from the mixture and shape them oval.
# Put vegetable oil into a skillet and make it very hot. Dip the prepared meatballs into the whisked egg, then fry them. And then, remove them from the oil and place onto paper towel.
# Then, place them onto the service plate, serve them hot or warm.
