# Clean the strawberries’ green leaves, wash them but be careful don’t lose their smell, drain its water.
# Put the half of the
sugar into the pot, add the half of the strawberries,
sugar again and finally the remaining strawberries.
# Cover the lid and let it stand for a night.
# The day after, put the pot on the stove over medium heat. It is possible to be some foam during cooking, remove the foam from the surface gently.
# When the fruits starts to turn cooked take 1 tbsp liquid from the pot and let it stand for cooling down, (this is for testing) pour the liquid from the spoon to pot again and test the consistency of it. If it has some thickness it means it is cooked.
# Add the juice of the
lemon into the jam and boil for 5 minutes over, turn off the stove.
# Let the pot stand for cooling down, after it gets cold pour into the jam jars and close their tins very well.
