# Boil the mixture of
milk and granulated
sugar over medium heat until it reaches to the boiling point. Let it cool down.
#Put whisked
yogurt, egg white, vanilla, baking powder, castor
sugar and the margarine, which is softened at room temperature, into the a deep bowl and mix it.
# Add sifted
flour into the mixture until it reaches to the medium consistency and knead it. Cover the dough, and place it onto the lowest layer of the fridge.
# After refrigerating the dough for 1 hour, roll out over
floured bench by a rolling pin into the knife backside’s thickness.
# Cut the rolled out dough into circles by a large cups brim. Put half of the cookies aside, and make circle shaped holes in the middle of the remaining cookies.
# Spread mixture of yolk and
milk all over the cookies, which is put aside. And place the cookies circles, which have holes in the middle, onto them.
# Spread the mixture of yolk and
milk all over the prepared cookies again.
# Put pounded
walnut into the holes. Repeat the same processes until the dough finishes. (You will get about 20-22 cookies).
# Place the prepared
walnut bore cookies onto the greased baking tray with some spaces between each of them. Pour the remaining mixture of
milk and yolk over the
walnut bores.
# Place the tray into the oven, which is preheated to 374 F. Bake the cookies until they turn to golden yellow.
# After removing the cookies from the oven, pour 1 tbsp cold syrup all over each cookie urgently.
# Rest it for 2 hours at least, then serve them.
