# Add the
chicken cubes into the hot oil in the pot, roast until they turn to pink.
# Add cumin, crushed red
pepper, black
pepper, granulated
sugar and salt in it, stir until the cumin gives its colour to whole mixture.
# Then add orzo in it, roast it for a few minutes. Add cold water or
chicken broth in it. When the mixture starts to boil, stir it. Cover the lid of the pot and turn the heat to low.
# Cook the pilaf for 10 more minutes, stir it for lastly, cover the lid of the pot again and then remove the pot form the stove.
# Serve it hot without resting it.
