# Firstly, prepare the syrup. Boil the mixture of
sugar and water. When the mixture reaches to low consistency, turn the heat to low and add
lemon juice into the mixture. Boil it for about 4-5 minutes more. Remove the mixture from the stove and let it cool down.
# Melt the butter in a skillet, without burning it. While cooling down the melted butter, crush or blend the
almonds to turn them into powder.
# Put melted and cooled down butter into a mixing bowl. Add eggs,
lemon juice and baking powder on it also, whisk this mixture well.
# Add
almonds’ powder, 1 cup water and baking powder on it also and start to kneading the mixture.
# Add the remaining 4 cups
flour into the mixture little by little, while kneading the mixture. At the end of the kneading, you will notice that the dough will not stay as just a part, it will be pieces and pieces.
# Pick
walnut sized pieces from the mixture. Then, mash one of the dough pieces in your hand to make it stay firmly. Then shape it as a ball.
# Repeat the same processes for all of the dough pieces. Then, place these pieces onto the baking tray, which is greased with some oil. Then, place the tray into the oven, which is preheated to 374 F. Cook them, until they turn into pink.
# Pour cold syrup all over the cooked dough pieces urgently, after removing them from the oven. When the dessert pieces soak the syrup, serve them.
