milk urgently. Strain it, then dip into the whisked egg.
# And then, place it into hot oil. Fry both sides of it, until they turn into pink. Remove from the oil and place onto paper towel.
# Put the flat kadayif into syrup, before it turns to tepid. When it soaks the syrup, remove it from the syrup and place onto service plate.
