# Firstly, prepare the syrup: Boil the mixture of
sugar and water. When the mixture reaches to low consistency, add
lemon juice into the mixture. Boil it for a while more, then remove the pot from the stove.
# Melt the butter, and let it cool down. Then, pour the melted cool butter all over the kadayif. Pick the kadayif into strings to make it soak the butter well.
# Add the thickly pounded
walnut all over the mixture of butter and kadayif. Mix it well. Divide the prepared stuffing into 4 equal pieces.
# Lay the ready-to-use yufka over the bench. Cut the oval edges of the yufka, to turn it into square shape. Spread 1 tbsp of vegetable oil all over the yufka. Place the cut oval pieces of the yufka over the square shaped yufka now.
# Place 1/4 of the prepared stuffing onto the square yufka, as a string and flatten it. Wrap the yufka around the stuffing, and get a hard roll.
# Put the prepared roll aside and repeat the same processes for the remaining 3 yufkas.
# Cut the firstly prepared roll into pieces, each has 1 inch thickness. Place these pieces onto the greased baking tray, by getting the cut sides of them look upside.
# Repeat the same processes for the remaining 3 rolls.
# After placing all of the wraps’ pieces onto the baking tray, place it into the oven, which is preheated to 365 F. Bake them with light pink color.
# After removing the dessert from the oven, rest it for a while. Then, pour the cold syrup all over the dessert.
# You can serve it 5 hours later.
